SCUBA Air Diver Skill Set

Description

This skill set applies to Australian Defence Force (ADF) Dive Team members who undertake SCUBA operations on Navy Ships and fleet units under supervision to provide operational capability to meet Defence mission and capability requirements.

Skill set requirements

A total of three (3) units of competency must be attained.

Conduct an underwater search of a ship’s hull

Dive using self-contained underwater breathing apparatus in open water to a maximum depth of 30 metres
