This Skill Set provides the skills and knowledge required for personnel who coordinate emergency management/disaster recovery activities and facilitate this through planning for a complex incident.

It includes chairing meetings with the Recovery Group Coordinators and the Recovery Organisation Functional Managers to ensure recovery activities in the affected area are effective and coordinated.
