This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to prepare and transport equipment and a light competition vehicle. It involves preparing for the task, selecting and packing tools and equipment, fitting transportation devices, components and covers to a competition vehicle, and loading and unloading required tools, equipment and competition vehicle. The light competition vehicles are under 300 kg of unladen weight, including go-carts, motorcycles, mountain bikes or jet skis.
