This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to identify and assess individual participant requirements for arts and health programs. The process includes formulating adaptive strategies to meet individual needs of participants in a variety of environments and contexts.

The unit applies to those who are arts and health practitioners, who plan and evaluate the practical alterations required for organisational environments, processes, facilities and resources to enhance the accessible incorporation of creative arts into health care regimes.
