This includes extending musical theatre skills for performances in commercial, cabaret or competition settings, as members of an ensemble or in some solo routines.

The unit applies to those who are performers with existing musical theatre skills and who aim to refine their technique to convey mood and music style through complex dance and vocal sequences. While some supervision is provided in practice sessions and rehearsals, performers are expected to display a high level of motivation and responsibility for themselves and others during live performances.
