This unit relates to compliance requirements applicable to work on or near fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure.

This includes identifying compliance requirements related to the work being conducted and work site; planning, coordinating and monitoring work to ensure compliance; and completing compliance documentation and reporting.

The unit applies to work at sites which store and dispense diesel and motor spirit (petrol), including ethanol blends. It excludes major hazard facilities and bulk transfer terminals.

This unit is appropriate for supervisors working on or near fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure.
